Associated Academic Group for Clinical Research in Pediatrics
Established in 2016, the Associated Academic Group for Clinical Research in Pediatrics (AAGCRP) is devoted to improve the quality of healthcare in pediatrics and the understanding of the causes of disorders that effect children, through the implementation of research in pediatrics. Particularly, by supporting the research for the best treatment.

The efforts of AAGCRP include the transfer of information developed in areas of pediatric specialties to general pediatricians. AAGCRP focuses on translational research efforts that bring what is learned at the research bench to the bedside.
The Associated Academic Group for Clinical Research in Pediatrics is based in The Scientific Institute “Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza”, a Vatican dependent and administered Institution which include one of the top pediatric centers in the country, recognized nationally and internationally for its contributions to pediatric education, research and clinical care. A major goal of the Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza Pediatric Center is to foster the development of the next generation of leaders in medical care and research. This aim is achieved by providing a rich environment for the training of fellows attending the various medical and research Units, which in the area of Pediatrics is conducted in the Institute of Pediatrics and in its network of affiliated Medical and Research Centers
